"We have stayed in Den Fenella Lodge for 3 nights. And the place is wonderful. We were quite impressed when we walked in. Very clean, spacious and well presented. The bedrooms are roomy, beds are very comfortable . Downstairs spa is a bonus, the kids really enjoyed it. Kitchen is fully equipped with big size fridge and dishwasher, all cookware and cutleries are provided. We cooked a few meals on the gas stove. It has got washing machine and dryer so we washed and dried our clothes and towels...

"The time I stayed, the day manager ( sorry forget her name) bar staff were all "O" 4 awesome, helpful, engaging, and most importantly took time out to ensure you were welcomed.... The bistro "O" 4 awesome, beautifully selection of food on the menu and service very helpful to ensure you are happy and content with your meal.... The rooms are basic and I was happy with the my room, a room to lay my head as I was in Wallacia on a golf tournament "2025 Cook Islands Golf Masters" BUT Overal "O"4...

"Really great stay at Fairmont. Stayed in a Super King with my husband and 9month old. Enough room to place a portacot. Family friendly resort with great facilities. You do usually need to pay for parking $15 per day I believe, but if you are an Accor member you get it for free during your stay. "

"I generally have 2-3 business stays p/week, this hotel is right up there as one of the best. Great rooftop pool and outside bar for that quick unwind after a long day. The staff are super friendly and genuine. Spacious modern rooms with all you need. It’s quiet with good electronics with ample room to work. Parking is onsite and there are lots of close restaurants (tin and wood Italian over road)…they even have an automatic shoe polisher!"

We were kindly upgraded to a double queen room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was newly renovated, very clean, and well presented. The beds were extremely comfortable with clean sheets, and the bathroom was spotless with all the necessary accessories provided. Being in a room next to the pool made...
