"I'm not a fan of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area to begin with, so that probably effected my ratings. They both try so hard to be the next Branson, and Gatlinburg is just too small of an area for that many people. "Clean room, great staff & breakfast."

"In a perfect location if you walk to save driving but still quite scenery from your balcony with a stream and woods. I'm not wheelchair bound but I loved the idea there was access to lower a person who is in a wheelchair in the pool! I think every pool area needs that. There were lots of recreational things to do on the site. Saw 3 bears in 1 night on site! The cleaning service was awesome every day! Loved it all but the bed not comfortable for me unfortunately."

"The motel was in such a great location and a lot quieter than on the gatlinburg strip which was ideal for what we wanted. It was a flexible check in time and the staff were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed. Would recommend!"

"I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all. Being in hospitality, she does not have a basic courtesy to take to someone who is a retiree and an aged person. Don’t try to even ask them for a different room, because...

"The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. "I would definitely come back. We were so close to everything. We didn’t have to worry about barking we could walk and enjoy everything nearby, including the aquarium right across the street. We will absolutely be back."

"The room smelled bad like mold or just very old. There were dead bugs on the floor and no one has ever cleaned behind the bed. There was hair on the one of the pillows. Basically this place is old and needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again! Parking is very poor"
