"The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more."
