"Stayed there for 4 nights. Husband, wife and 12 year old boy. The pool on top floor was the highlight. Rooms were nice and clean. Beach was on walking distance. Cenang beach, which is closely, is one of the nicest beach on the island. We had a wonderful time !"

"Padimas provides very nice, comfortable houses for rent at the north end of Langkawi Island. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to relax and get some peace and quiet, as it's away from everything. The flipside of this is that you'll have to drive to get anywhere. In terms of service, they are very helpful about providing anything you need. Make sure to contact the owner and let him know what time you'll arrive."

"Location was brilliant in amongst the forest, lovely beach and pool.The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.We had breakfast included,which was phenomenal so much choice in a lovely setting with fans running to keep us cool .The hotel has a lovely vibe and our chalet in the forest was lovely.They even provided a shuttle golf buggy,to and from your room if you wanted it which was very easily accessed.There was a free afternoon tea provided from 3-5 pm every day."

"1) Given a smelly safety vest during travelling in boat. No point of dressing up nice and wearing perfumes as this smelly safety vest overpower your perfume. "My wife and I spent three nights at The Danna Langkawi in late June 2025, and it was truly exceptional. Without a doubt, this is the finest hotel I've stayed at during my extensive travels across Southeast Asia. Our experience far exceeded both our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that guest care is at the heart of everything this hotel does. Malaysia is known for its 'Malaysian Hospitality,' and after living here for 18 months, I can confidently say The Danna embodies that ethos in every way. Every aspect of the hotel reflects quality - from the superb food to the best cocktails we’ve had in the region. But what truly sets The Danna apart is its outstanding staff.
