"The staff at this hotel were amazing. They did everything you asked plus were there to help with extras like helping you get somewhere or helping you get to a place you never heard of lots of advice for somebody who had never been to this place."

"The property is beautiful. Location perfect. When we arrived there was a gentleman at the reception desk not very nice. We left our luggage and wandered when we got back for check in there was a woman at reception who was lovely."

"Nice hotel, easy to access from the road. Ample parking. 20min walk to downtown. Nice restaurant (we had breakfast and dinner). Please note they don't have A/C in the rooms."

"This is a great hotel with easy waking access to Killarney. The Ring of Kerry is very accessible. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are immaculate and the bar and food are very good. I highly recommend it."

"Was a very busy weekend when I stayed and they probably could have used a few extra staff members in the bar/restaurant... service was quite slow at times. Not knocking the staff that were working, they did great and were very helpful, there just could have been more of them."

"The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "
