"The Ross is a small hotel right in town. The rooms are a little dated, but well maintained. Room 205 overlooks a cemetery, which may be an issue for some. "Wonderful location. The room was small and did not have a/c, but they do provide a fan and the window could be opened. With the cool temperatures in Killarney, we were quite comfortable. I read reviews that the walls were paper thin, but we never heard a peep. Lovely breakfast each morning. All in all, we were very pleased. "

"The hotel was conveniently located in the center of town. The view from our room was fantastic, it looked across the main road and into the park. We enjoyed walking to everything. "The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"One of the best hotel stays we have ever had, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel special and that did not decline throughout our stay. The hotel itself is spectacular but its greatest asset is the staff.
