"Perfect proximity to the Riverwalk and downtown Chicago. We left our bags with the front desk on the morning of check-in, as we got there around 11 am. No more than 30 minutes later, the lovely receptionist called me and offered a discounted early check-in with an upgraded room. We pounced on the offer and checked in without a hitch. "Hands down the best hotel I've stayed at. They were so nice, accommodating the room was amazing, fridge and freezer, had dishes and silverware, and a mini cooktop and dishwasher. "I had a private room with two beds, and the sheets from both beds had hair on them!!! I called the front desk to report this but it was too late for me to ask for anything so I slept in the bed with « only » one hair on it and used the extra blankets they put on the beds - which were the only things without hair on them.
