"The rooms are OLD and musty! The room wasn’t ready at 4:30 P.M. and someone was supposed to call or text me when it was ready and did not. We finally got in at 5:30 p.m.. The rooms offer ONE usb outlet for charging and limited plugs in the room. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I asked for more towels one morning and by the evening, we still didn’t have them. I had to call. I found NO value in their rewards card as well. Do NOT recommend staying here."

"The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!"

"Th property is old and needs renovations/updating. The room was lacking a refrigerator and microwave. Also, there wasn't a chair in the room. on the plus side, the staff was very accommodating and did their best to fulfill our request."
