"Property is “grand”. Location is not tourist friendly. We needed to call down for a few customer service issues and each time staff never picked up. Pool area,( rooftop) needs to provide more shade! Umbrellas perhaps?"

"We stayed there for the conference that happened in the same hotel. It is about 30 minutes walk from the Acropolis and the Plaka area. But the neighborhoods around the hotel are old, dirty and run down. We were told not to walk around at night."
