"Don’t stay there!!!
Make sure to check out all the bad reviews before you book. My experience was quite unpleasant due to the manager's odd and impolite behavior. If you look at the sarcastic and rude replies to feedbacks, you'll get the full story. When you request a taxi, they just call their buddy who charges you twice as much."

"The Hospitality of Angeliki was simply outstanding. Available at any time, helping with good tips and being the best host I had on my whole Greece holiday.
Eventhough there’s no supermarket available by foot, she offered to arrange delivery which I didn’t really need because there’s some restaurants in no more than 5-10min walking distance.
Also pickup from the Harbour for 20€ was nice too have.
Vagia is a really quiet town to relax, definitely recommended!"

"The hotel presented well, and staff were efficient and friendly. We arrived close to 10 pm and there were no restaurant or bar facilities open in the hotel, and so we had to seek food and drink outside. The room was good and offered all necessary amenities."

"If you need a place for a short stay before boarding a cruise ship, no need to look further. Our room was small but clean and relatively quiet for a bustling area. There are plenty of businesses nearby if you need to pick up anything, and they provide a shuttle service to take you directly to your ship. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The staff were wonderful and the hotel location is truly superb but for a five star hotel, we felt that this hotel could be maintained better and have a proper 5 star pool in and outdoors. The spa was a let down for a 5 star hotel.
If this hotel was a 4 star I think everything would’ve matched better than it being a 5 star hotel."

"I had a one night stay before catching a ferry. The hotel is easy to get to, very close to the airport bus stop. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't included in my rate but prices were reaonable and there was a good choice."

"I can’t fault the location of the hotel at all, perfect for walking to all the major sites.
The communal areas were lovely, well maintained and clean.
The room we had was a little tired and rather dusty. There were a lot of long black hairs on the bathroom floor…
There was quite a bit of noise from other rooms at night.
Good selection of food for breakfast.
The outdoor pool was absolutely freezing, my son only went in once and said he wouldn’t go in again!"
