"Horrible! Before I talk about the horrible things, I do want to mention how clean the room was. The sheets and towels were clean. Now lwtlet me tell you why it was horrible. The water was shut down on the toilet. Toilet not sitting on the base, leaked and rocked. There were people partying in the parking lot with drugs and alcohol with music blaring! People upstairs stomped around until 3am. After a 9 hour drive, we got about 3 hours of sleep! Never again! "

"The showers had mold growing that should be dealt with. The refrigerator came stocked with someone else's milk, soda and left over McDonald's. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a comfortable place to sleep. That was our main goal."

"Great service, wonderful staff, great area, and nice size room. Needs new furniture, mini renovation on pool area, and upgrade on bathrooms. Needs more breakfast choices. Overall great place to stay."

"Staff was nice, however on the morning after we checked in we complained about our AC not functioning well. Maintenance came to check it that morning and tried to fix it, but said if we continued to have issues to request a window AC. The next morning it was still doing the same thing so we complained and were told they had no maintenance on staff that day, that they could not give us a window AC, and all the could give us was a box fan (which had no legs to stand on so we could not aim it towards our bed). We were also told we could not get a refund, not even partial to leave early as we were told we could not move rooms either. I will also add that I am 7 months pregnant and this made this stay less than comfortable. "

"The bed was comfortable, but the room was dirty. Our shoes stuck to the bathroom and "kitchenette" floors. This is NOT an Extended Stay place. There was a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. There were NO utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, toaster, or cookware. There were paper coffee cups when we arrived and a small coffee maker. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned after the first night, the beds were not made, and we were given no additional coffee cups even though I specifically asked for some. The noise was awful. The walls are paper thin. Not only could we hear our neighbors talk, but we also had to put up with them being "very amorous" in the middle of the night. The electrical outlets did not easily hold a plug, so it was difficult to use anything that was electrical. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT stay here."
