Arrived to the hotel at 10:45pm to check in and was told they were sold out and didn’t have my room anymore. The hotel Claimed they told Expedia and that they had been sold out for weeks. This is not true as I could have booked directly through their website too. The hoops I have had to jump through to get my refund has been ridiculous. "

"I was disappointed in our room. I paid $117 for something that should’ve been $59 a night. No ice, very few towels, beds were hard, one bed sheet had a stain (coffee?), tv was dirty (fingerprints),& no trash cans. I am not a picky person, but I also want what I paid for. "
