"The hotel was spotless Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now Or maybe expect to much"

"Everything is nice other than expecting to wait some time during morning breakfast time."

"Great heated pools, loved the much needed adults only pool area. Lovely staff and good variety of food for lunch. Beds were very comfortable and nice quiet air conditioning"

"Die Anlage ist atemberaubend, vorallem der View. Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber das nächste Mal werde ich eines buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Sunset-Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut. Hier würde ich auch all inclusive nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"Front our lovely welcome from all the staff, our room was quaint and spotless plus a very huge comfy bed. Our breakfast everyday was delicious plus we ate in the Restaurant one evening and they couldn't do enough for us."

"Very quiet and relaxing. Room and all areas spotless. Staff very friendly and attentive."

"Never stayed in a better hotel - the vibes were incredible! It’s such quiet luxury and the staff CANNOT do enough for you! There is no pressure to do anything, it’s calm literally everywhere you go & it never felt busy at all. Breakfast options were amazing & the food when we ate in restaurants was also amazing! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back"

"Excellent hotel. Room cleaning seemed a bit rushed. View from room was great, sun all day."

"Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very...

"A l'arrivèe un trés bonne accueil, pris du temps pour nous expliquer comment fonctionner l'hotel. Le personnel des restaurants comme d'animation ils etais excepssionnel. Des animations tout les jours, une semaine que a passé trop rapide."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The only small thing I would have preferred was to have two chairs on the balcony instead of the lounge sofa. It would have been lovely to sit outside together and enjoy the balcony. However, this was only a minor detail and did not affect my overall...

"Mobility access not good, lots of hills. Not many charging points for scooters. Room was clean, but floors were always dirty as we always ended up with black feet! Balcony was nice & big, we liked the sun loungers, quite sturdy."

"On arrival we thought the room was a bit worn, ea doors to warderope and refrigerator cabinet. No lockers or shelves in toilet, for toiletries or even toiletrollers. There was a shelf for bath towels. 2 hangers were available. Room and balcony was reasonable spacious for two guests. Airconditioning was very week, no adjusting possible. There were two elevators, for guest use. During all our stay 15 days, there were problems with the elevators frequently. One day guests had to use staff elevator...
