"Tha amount of money we paid on the presidential suite wasn't worth it. The air conditioner was very finicky. It was either too hot or too cold and was very loud. No welcome drink or any welcome stuff for a presidential suite. Nothing spectacular except the view from the terrace. The staff in the dining room and reception/check in were not very welcoming."

"Excellent location, short walk from train station and close to ferry terminal. It was a bit noisy from street and also next room. Wonderful cafรฉ on ground level that served a great breakfast in addition to sandwiches and pastries. Even though there was no reception or staff on site, the instructions were very complete and the access to the building and room worked well."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel and room were both clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating of all our requests. We loved the beach club with access to the lake and their floating dock as well as their pool. The drinks and food were all delicious. The hotel is a romantic hotel. The town and hotel were a beautiful experience. Highly recommend."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very charming, with a beautiful view of the Lake. It is exceptionally clean, and the front desk and bar staff are lovely. They had a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning with lots of selection."

"This hotel is right on Lake Como with a pool on the lake! The views of Mountains & ferries traveling in the central lake area is stunning. The hotel provides an excellent variety of cold breakfast choices the front desk was very helpful. The attached restaurant is a separate business which had a delicious looking menu but there were many other choices in the beautiful plaza in town which seemed less expensive. This hotel is a great memory!!"
