"The hotel is perfectly fine, clean, well-appointed- the staff is not very accommodating. We pulled into valet, and the valet manager (surprisingly) didn’t say a SINGLE word to us. "The check in was slow and I got up charged for a non smoking room. It was all in disrepair from lobby, parking lots were full of pot holes, bathrooms(shower curtain falling off, shower faucet leaking) and a poorly working air conditioner. Etc.It was a dump!"

"It is an older property and they seem to try and keep it as clean as possible but the roll around chair was dirty, the lounge chair was just old, tha bathroom was clean but the shower needed the grout cleaned and recalling, the bed was excellent and when I checked out there was no one around"
