"The price was great and the staff were helpful, kind, and accommodating. The room was very nice. Way better than I expected. I have paid more to stay in places that are not nearly as good. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend."

"Do not go too the area. Over priced because of a data center being built. The pillows are discussing the room was not vacuumed the ac was hot so I looked at the filter it had not been clean In a few months, and the mattress are old and need to be replaced. I don’t recommend at all."

"My suggestion is if you have kids do not stay here. People are up all night on drugs, slamming doors. It’s terrible."

"Clean but pool was under construction and I wasn't allowed to get my money back to change hotels because I went through Expedia. Only reason I picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool and my kids couldn't use it."

"The location was close to the freeway, with easy on- and off-access. However, this is an industrial area. The hotel room was very dirty, with large stains and dirt on the couch, stains on the bedspread and top sheet, and the top bed sheet was so worn that the threads were bare. There was a ring around the tub and no bath towels. there were two hand towels, and one wash rag, and one of the hand towels was dirty. we did not feel that this hotel was very safe as the side entrance door was blocked...

"I use Holiday Inn Express and Suites whenever I travel between CA and NC twice each year. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but Abilene is consistently higher priced than the other cities I stay in (Tucson and Tuscaloosa) and the hotel is never as clean and up to date. You deserve to know if you are planning a stay here."

"I never got to check into my room because the power was out from the storm. I didn't get to stay there and had to go find another hotel that did have power so I could check in and have a place to stay for the night "
