"The hotel and front of house was amazing. The room was a little 1980s but still very nice and the balcony ocean view was magic. Construction next door was little annoying but it's something everybody has to get over. My only complaint was breakfast ..seemed understaffed and food was only ughh....yoghurts not good fruit not good and salad not fresh."

"We had 2 connecting rooms and it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pools were amazing the included breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Plenty of options for our kids who are picky eaters. The staff were super friendly and Hendra and Bagus were very helpful. No issues with noise like others have mentioned. We did hear frogs and birds. "

The hotel is beautiful - totay inkeeping with the surroundings. The rooms are large and super clean and come with a whole bunch of treats to make the stay so comfortable. "Don't choose the double room which is the cheapest room type. It's in their old building , the furnitures are worn out and it's kinda dirty and badly maintained. I was disappointed when I first arrived because this resort got high marks. After I complaint , the reception told me that I can upgrade to the next type (superior) for usd 10 which is their new block. This room is superb and from then on it was an amazing stay!"

"The staff at this hotel are great, polite, friendly and have great customer service skills. Could not fault any of them from reception to cleaners to dining staff. We loved the included balinese dress up and Lilak was great and accomodating. The breakfast has a range of asian and western foods.. a big enough spread including eggs cooked to your choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I missed not having a hand towel. The coffee in room was limited, there should be enough for 2 coffees per...
