There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. Bedroom door handle/latch was very stiff and hard to open. Shower temperature dial was also VERY stiff. It was stuck on...

"Brilliant place to stay, warm welcome on arrival and friendly people. The room was cosy and very clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was served hot, unlike most places, and one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! Would definitely recommend staying here, look forward to going back there soon. 11/10"

"Breakfast for us was a bit early, only till 8.30. Parking was good plenty of room. No evening meal at the moment but the pub next door was great. Also other in the close area. The hotel ideally situated for exploring. The receptionist was extremely pleasant also worked the bar. She made our stay very pleasant"

Not the right time to attempt to convey information and instructions as we unpacked from the car.
