"On arrival the reception staff were not engaging or helpful. On departure the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at the bar were lovely. There were some dusty areas in the bedroom especially the television. The bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet. One of the lifts was out of order so the wait to leave was always 5 minutes or more. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice and everything was fresh and plentiful. The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive....

"The room was better than expected and housekeeping did a great job for the duration of my stay. Staff was helpful and, because the room I was supposed to have was not ready, they did not hesitate to give me another room.
The internet was reliable and stable.
I did not experienced the breakfast fare as I had some gluten free fare with me, but I tried the high tea lunch when I arrived and the food was good as well a reasonably priced."
