It was a nice stay, however slight mix up at the desk, but quickly resolved. Room was nice and tidy, only one complain was there was a cigarette dout next to the kettle, however it was all clean, that was the only disappointment about the experience, so all in all a very nice stay.

Staff were efficient and helpful. Good central location and competitive price. However, for a 4* hotel, it is very run down. Curtains in the room faling down, old decor, tired looking. All a bit stale. Breakfast was decent, but no hot plates to keep cooked breakfast warm, so expect it to be luke warm or cold.

Lovely Staff but the hotel is situated in a run down area. I need to get a hotel near the railway station and this fits the bill. The staff’s friendliness and helpfulness will ensure I return.

The nicest staff you’ll meet.

The staff are superb! Nothing is too much trouble and they genuinely care that your stay meets your satisfaction. Be aware however that there are no restaurant or bar facilities and that a cooked breakfast is not available - continental only.

Superb staff.

The staff are outstanding - especially Andreia! Please be aware that the booking apps all advertise a bar and restaurant - they are closed - you will have to seek an evening meal/drinks elsewhere. Breakfast is continental only and is basic but good - no hot food.

Real potential, staff very nice.

Late booking this. Great price and hotel seems nice enough. Lacking any atmosphere, I know this hotel has new owners however it could be made great. Room cold on arrival though with no heating on. Hotel has real potential but seemed very quiet despite the spectra festival.

Good is the best word for it. It’s not epic, but it’s not poor. It was clean, tidy, modern enough and the staff were efficient. The price could have been a bit cheaper for what it is, but the location is so central it helps justify the cost.

Great location

Nice hotel in good central location. Room was generally clean but don’t look to closely and bedding had a big hole in it . T.V did not work and was told someone was coming out to fix it ( no station reception) but that did not happen ) I would stay there again but not at a premium .

Clean,great location but could do with maintenance

Clean and lovely staff but a little run down in places. Windows dirty but it didn’t matter because the view wasn’t great. The 1st room we were offered we were told not to shut the toilet door or we would be locked in so we opted for another room. The staff were very friendly and so helpful so can’t fault that at all. Location is perfect for a city break.
