"We did not fell the apartment was deluxe as advertised. The area was quite small, the bed was creaky and flimsy. The sofa bed was actually a single soft chair that unfolded into a single bed. Bathroom was tired with broken shower main head and unsecured toilet seat."

"We were not aware that there is a street parking spot right in front of the hotel for unloading our bags. Information on off-site parking should be offered automatically. In the suite all the blinds are in terrible shape, and some cannot be closed. The bathroom door knob is very worn out. More coffee, sugar and cream bags should be available for at least the duration of the stay."

"Cleanliness is great but the amenities is quite limited and breakfast is the same everyday. We stayed for 4 days and on the 3rd and 4th day, we got tired of eating same breakfast. It will be wonderful if you somehow change your breakfast daily like hotdog for a day then ham for the next day and bacon for another day. That way if guests will stay longer, then it's not same breakfast meal with the price value that the guest is paying given the fact that hotel doesn't have other amenities than the...

"My stay at Hotel Bonaventure Montreal was great! The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. I had a beautiful view of the garden which was an added bonus. I was able to use the gym which was very clean and organized. There was a water bottle refill station making it very convenient. The hotel is on the 10th floor and is only one floor. It's very big and easy to get to your room. The overall stay was amazing. I'd definitely stay here again."
