"The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there."

"My booking was wrongly put together through Expedia. Got a room for handicaps which I never asked for. Although the hotel was not fully booked they would not change the room, although I had booked for a standard room. "This hotel is in a great area but for some reason looks, feels and has the atmosphere of a cheap inner city falling apart roach motel. Old, in need of repair and dingy shell with an interior room that had a air conditioner falling apart with no knob, broken shelf and dirty rusty tub and shower with baseboards on the floor coming off the wall. "My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....

"This hotel is a chaos. There are people who have not even rented rooms are coming from almost all doors and it is crowded with all kinds of noises and people.
