"Rooms need work—appeared the door had been previously pried into, gaps along the doorway. There was also a large gap at the base of the door so when maintenance personnel was hosing down the walkways, water was spraying into our room at the base of the door. Sink was backing up so we relied on using the faucet from the bathtub. If you are on a budget then this is where to stay. Basically a bed, towels, and shampoo— that’s it. No hangers. "When I arrived to check in the staff was nice. However I began to get a sense of what the place is like. Guests/ residents were arguing with staff. It happens. I soon realized people actually live there. I thought it was apartments that are like town homes that are used, I’ve stayed in some similar in Florida but are used for vacations or trips. "I have tried over 5x for a call back in regards to my red jacket that was left in closet in one of the rooms I rented. I've even left 2 mgs for Nick the Manager to call me back. I have been patient and pleasant up to this point. Also 45 minutes after the started breakfast most of everything was gone if it was even there to begin with. It now is 2 weeks later . "

"There was blood and urine stains all over the mattress. The area itself seemed very unsafe. The girl at the front was very nice and said don’t worry about the neighbourhood we have cameras all over also said that you can’t drink the water. There were several people around who appeared to be homeless. I was wondering if maybe it’s used as a shelter? Did not feel safe there with my kids and ended up leaving and going elsewhere "
