Staff couldn’t find our reservation upon check in at first which was frustrating and the pillows are very uncomfortable so the second time we stayed there we brought our own and booked directly through their website (with no issues at check in that time). It's located in a perfect spot so we were able to walk almost anywhere downtown easily and not have to worry about finding parking whenever we wanted to go somewhere.
