We appreciated the clean, comfortable room and helpful staff. However, there were high school sport teams also staying at the hotel which made for unrestful sleep night. Lots of banging on doors and slamming of doors made it tough to get a good sleep.

When checking in, someone at the front desk had someone else into the room we had reserved we stood at the front counter for 15ish minutes while the front desk person fixed the issue and found the mistake, first time ive ever experienced this and was not a good look at all.
