"Room was clean . Staff was nice wasn’t a fan of the room service breakfast but the jasmine restaurant they have was amazing !!!! The preferred club grotto restaurant was great the beach club was fun. Be sure to leave the resort go explore. Don’t rent a car. Cabs are pricey but who cares your in tulum"

"El departamento muy cómodo. La zona donde está ubicado muy central, todo a la mano (restaurantes, farmacia, tienda conveniencia) Dos habitaciones amplias, cocina equipada. No apto para personas con dificultad de escaleras porque tiene muchas. La amenidad del jacuzzi privado limitado. La alberca del complejo pequeña y no bien cuidada. "

"Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....

"La propiedad es moderna, comoda, la lavanderia ecxelente, el gimnasio necesita arreglosasi como aire acondicionado por las mananas (lo encienden hasta la tarde). Alberca es agradable, estacionamiento adecuado. Aire acondicionado dentro de la unidad es muy bueno, camas y muebles en buen estado. Privacidad y silencio asi como seguridad son acceptables. Areas comunes necesitan mas atencion, el personal no es activo."
