"The room was clean and the staff were wonderful. Just be aware, do not hang towels or bathing suits over balcony as a letter was received stating it was unsightly. Other than that, no issues "

"The room was excellent (we stayed in Family Room, Vhari wing) - clearly well thought out and stocked with towels, jandals, everything you need.
Beach was beautiful. Water slides were great except they were often closed which other resorts don't do.
Staff were lovely and helpful.
Pools were way too hot. There was no need to heat them at all in that heat. It was like going into a spa.
Also, they sweeten everything. Cocktails way too sweet.
But overall, a great stay and would recommend. "

"朝食会場はロビー近くにあり、とても開放的で広い。屋外と屋内に席があり洗濯可能。
メニューは洋食、タイ料理、中国料理、ライブキッチン（卵料理、タイ料理）があり楽しめる。中でもフルーツの豊富さは驚いた。
パンの種類も多く、たくさんのジャムが用意されている。
敷地はとても広く、ビーチまでのアクセスも良好。建物は歴史を感じるが室内も清潔で虫もほぼいない。
スタッフも親切で色々助けてくれます。
チェックイン後、パラドックスリゾートのアプリをダウンロードすると、そこでフロントやレストラン、スパなどとメッセージのやり取りをできるので便利。ルームサービスもアプリで行うことができる。
歴史ある建物と最新の機能が揃っていてとても快適に過ごせました。"

"The Pullman was a great stay for us while we based ourselves in Phuket. The hotel was right on the beach and had many pool options for us to use. The kids club was FANTASTIC for our little one - one of the best clubs out of all the places we have been. It's hard to comment on the property as the place is undergoing renovations - that being said, the final day, they closed the entire main attrium for renovations.
