"this was a stunning hotel. It was exceptionally clean. It made me feel like I was leading lifestyles of the rich and famous. The spa was wonderful. "Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready. We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling. Rooms are very small . Hotel is located on a busy road, rooms have poor isolation, it gets very noisy ."

Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing."

"A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...
