Stunning hotel with beautiful views of Lake Como. The room was spotless and looked as if we were the first guests in it because it was so clean. The highest end fixtures and finishings I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The breakfast was nothing less than 5 Star. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best in Como. The rooms are beautiful in this hotel, plus the rooftop restaurant/bar offers great views of Como and the Lake when the weather cooperates! All the staff were wonderful, expesically the Front desk girls and the Head Concierge, Alberto, who went "above and beyond" to help me correct some logistic issues and arrange a private boat tour up the lake to my next hotel!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly hospitable - as soon as we checked-in we were treated very well for the entirety of our stay. Vista is five star luxury hotel & everything is immaculate from service, to the room, decor, linens, walk-in closet, bathroom amenities. It is a expensive & costly per night . The only comment I have is that it does not have a gym, I suggest that they should consider purchasing some gym membership from next-door hotel like for example the palace so that guests can use their facility if they choose to have an exercise gym area. The location is extremely convenient as it is facing the lake as well as facing the ferry station. You can walk easily to get a ferry ticket.

This boutique hotel (just 19 rooms!) redefines personalized service. Every staff member not only greeted us by name, but with genuine warmth and attention that made us feel instantly at home. The service was so seamless and thoughtful it felt almost intuitive. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. You could tell this was new construction—everything felt pristine, elegant, and considered. Even the turn-down service was impeccable. And yes, the scent piped into the common areas? Spot on. Luxurious without being overbearing. The location is unbeatable—right in Como, yet peaceful. But the real surprise? The restaurant. We’ve traveled the world and dined at some of the most acclaimed places, but this may have been the best meal we’ve ever had. Bold flavors, inventive dishes, perfect execution.
