"I really loved the hotel. We had a very good stay and I would love to come back. The room was very comfortable and the furniture modern and stylish. I also really appreciated the design and the architecture of the hotel and of course the location! There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. "All staff members were attentive to guests’ needs and were available easily. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty. "

"Location was in a quiet area with awesome views Loved the sounds.like walking in a tropical jungle Birds and frogs chirping all around.like a symphony in surround sound Dolby ! Our rooms had awesome views and bathrooms had an open air ambiance with rain showers and soaking tub. Vinesh our porter and club car valet was always there when needed.Restaurant staff and food was also top notch.Wished we stayed a little longer.A must stay at Taj when in Munnar !"
