The hotel has descent facilities, staff were helpful, kept very clean and tidy. The food was consistently good and the location of the hotel is 10 hours from Munnar which makes it very convenient. The view from the Panorama room was very good.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip, even better than other five‑star properties like the Taj. What stood out most were the spotless rooms, the attentive and genuinely caring staff, and the breathtaking views from both our room and the terrace. We loved the amenities as well: the beautiful swimming pool, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, and the hotel’s easy access to all the fun things to do in Munnar. We were traveling with our one‑year‑old, and the staff went above and beyond helping us sanitize bottles multiple times a day, keeping the room clean, and making sure we were always comfortable. We stayed for two days and had an incredible experience. Highly recommended.

Clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful hotel with great decoration.The Indian restaurant was amazing with impeccable service. Beautiful swimming pool, conveniently located especially when you have a car. Everything is close by. Not easy for walking around the hotel though (no sidewalks and too much traffic). Beautiful sunset spot! I'll recommend it.

The staff here is truly excellent. They are kind, efficient, and easy to communicate with. This includes the front desk, the restaurant staff, house keeping, the spa, everyone! The room is spacious, clean, and well designed. The food is tasty and the buffet options are plentiful if you want a quick meal. My only issue is that the internet is a bit spotty, but they sent a technician in promptly to address the issue and I was able to stream shows on my laptop. The pool is also great. The spa staff are professional and excellent, and the treatment rooms are clean and well designed. What truly impressed me was that I decided to check out early, and the staff phoned expedia on my behalf to make sure that I would get a refund for the night I didn't use. I would have no hesitation recommending the Panoramic Getaway to anyone looking to stay in the Munnar area.

What a gem of a Hotel

This hotel is a gem in every sense. Our room was comfortable, clean and we woke to the most wonderful view every morning. Room service was prompt on any request. There was so much choice for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian for both breakfast and evening meals, served by attentive staff. Abong our regular waiter in the evening was both charming and delightful. All in all we both had a wonderful stay at The Panoramic Getaway and would recommend to our family and friends.
