"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "Location was in a quiet area with awesome views Loved the sounds.like walking in a tropical jungle Birds and frogs chirping all around.like a symphony in surround sound Dolby ! Our rooms had awesome views and bathrooms had an open air ambiance with rain showers and soaking tub. Vinesh our porter and club car valet was always there when needed.Restaurant staff and food was also top notch.Wished we stayed a little longer.A must stay at Taj when in Munnar !"

"This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English...

"Heaven!! Beautiful views and lots of space to walk around the area. Staff were super nice and the blue ‘pidgeon wings’ tea is sooo nice I had to have more. This was the welcome drink! It quite far to get to from cochi but I would definitely love to come back here. "
