"My stay at the Grand Mayfull Hotel was fantastic. Apart from the not-so-great location, everything else was perfect. Getting around was not challenging, as there are two train stations within a 15-minute walk, and at least one bus station within a 5-minute walk. The breakfast was also great. Overall, I would definitely stay again."

The hotel is close to the airport (about a 20 min drive away) and is conveniently located next to the metro, Global Mall and many local stores/shops/restaurants. It is very easy to grab a taxi or ride share. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was very clean, roomy and comfortable, and also had a nice view of the city. "We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. "
