"I recently stayed at Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa and unfortunately the experience did not match the expectations of an adults-only resort. While the property is marketed as adults only, it shares facilities with Dreams Resort, and there were kids throughout many of the common areas. This made it feel less like a true adults-only getaway.
The service at the lobby was also disappointing. Staff often didn’t know basic information such as opening and closing times for restaurants and amenities....

"The staff was really wonderful, especially Justo at the Expedia desk. There was a mix-up with our booking and he was so kind and helpful and hospitable. Took the time to make things special for us which we all appreciated greatly.
