"This is a hostel even though Expedia doesn’t call it a hostel. If you re getting a private room you are subsidizing the people sleeping in bunk rooms and you are overpaying. Our room was listed as a king bed but it was not. There was no drawers or places to put your clothes or your suitcase. Our room was insanely overpriced for what was effectively a 10’x 10’ room with no place to put anything."

"This hotel brought a unique touch compared to my experience across many hotels.
Location was great, views were fantastic.
Felt a personal touch through the free surprise offerings each day.
Hotel was also clean with great vibes. Would revisit and skip on trying a new accomm around Queenstown"

"We had to wait half an hour coz they couldn’t find our booking, later realised their mistake and asked us to take another room because they had miss allocated. We agreed as they had upgraded us from two bedrooms to an apartment however upon moving we noticed it was a run down apartment with no aircon. Staff was great and acknowledged the mistake, gave us better accommodation the next day but overall the property is old and not worth the money unless you’re in the Lakeview apartment which has...
