"Wonderful place to stay. The hotel shuttle to the Mall and Wharf were great. All staff were friendly and helpful. Views were spectacular. Pool was warm and we used it every night."

"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically...
