"Really pleased with the hotel, Jakub helped book our excursion. Time of the spa/pool were from 4pm so a little bit disappointing and there was no roof top terrace which is in the hotel description on the website, but overall very clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel in a really good location."

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging...

"Kleines schönes Hotel mit individuellen Zimmern. Die Frühstücksauswahl war auch sehr gut, mit kleinen selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten. Die Innenstadt war auch sehr gut und schnell mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden es weiterempfehlen an alle die sich Krakau anschauen möchten."
