"I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every single worker I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The valet team was especially great — always friendly, helpful, and quick.
The hotel itself was so relaxing. I loved spending time by the pool, and the whole atmosphere made my birthday trip feel peaceful and special. One thing that truly touched me was receiving a birthday card from the hotel....

"I stayed here for a girls weekend over Mother's Day. My room's bathroom doors didn't close so had to call in Maintenance to fix it. No signage on the property to help you get around so that made it difficult to find your way if you're only there a few days. Room service food arrived barely warm and was mediocre, meat was overcooked, shrimp in the ceviche was sliced in half so you got fewer shrimp but made to look abundant; lots of lemonade flavors but the ones we tried were so sour we couldn't...

"This was our first time staying at the Colony Palms and it definitely won’t be the last! The hotel is perfectly located, just 1 street off the main strip but close to many great restaurants. It’s just the right amount of quiet and because we were here on the Memorial Day holiday, there was also the right amount of festive buzz. The restaurant that sets across from the pool is so charming and the decor is beautiful. The food was not the best we’ve had, but because the environment is so wonderful...

"The property was amazing, lots of onsite activities (swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, BBQ etc.). All were fun and fully functional. We had no issues with the property at all. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. House was clean and felt like home away from home. Very family friendly space, the kids loved it and want to go back. Check in was easy and so was check out."
