"Separé para el Caoba y no había abierto, nos acomodaron en el Lopesan y tuvimos que exigir nos dieran upgrade, al decir que separamos nuestra estadía a través de Expedia entonces accedieron y nos dieron el acceso Luxury. Las facilidades y amenidades son buenas pero tienes que estar preparado para caminar mucho porque la distancia entre un lugar y otro es mucha y no tienen servicio de transporte dentro del hotel. "We spent our honeymoon here and were very happy with the experience. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. Drinks were tasty and strong, and they also gave us complimentary liquor in the room. When they learned it was our honeymoon they added a complimentary breakfast in bed and romantic dinner experience. The pool was beautiful with a swim up bar. Food ranges from good to excellent depending on the restaurant and dish. I especially liked the Porterhouse steak at the Grill. We also took a day excursion to Saona Island and the natural swimming pool which were beautiful to experience in person. My only criticisms with the experience: - dinner service could be slow at some popular restaurants. Over an hour between ordering and receiving our entrees. We were not in a rush so it was not the end of the world, but definitely saw some people getting up and leaving when they couldn’t stand to wait during to hunger. - the beach had rough waves and a lot of sargassum. So we spent our time poolside rather than on the beach. The excursion to Saona Island was enough to satisfy our beach experience though - calm, beautiful blue waters and white sand just like the pictures."

"This is my second time visiting Excellence oyster bay and the goal of this trip was relaxation and I was able to do just that ! From arrival I was greeted with smiles and helpful staff Nakoya checked us in and was super welcoming and answered all of our questions The room was clean and well maintained the amenities were great The main lobby bar was always a good time Whew Dennis , Steven and Christopher made the best drinks and kept the energy going all night I had the best massage at the Miile spa and Megan provided my service her hands were magical. The one thing I felt could have been better was the food . When you go to an island or country you expect to experience the foods of their culture and unfortunately that’s where they dropped the ball for me. The buffet food was the only “authentic” Jamaican food available which was still mediocre. No traditional fruits such as coconut, sugar cane, etc even if they had it by the beach. I had to leave the resort to access those items. Overall the trip was great"
