4/10 Poor

"It’s definitely not 4-5 star resort. I would give 2-3 stars for many reasons.1. Every four or five star resort would hire staff that speaks English. 95% of the staff did not speak English at all. Not even the basics. 2. The buffet had so many flies on the food and everywhere. And the food was tasteless. 3. There are no options on food even the they advertise there are multiple restaurants. You can find everything and the same options of food in their buffet and it’s the same every day. 4. Most of the guests I spoke to were unhappy with the staff, rooms, service. 5. The staff is only kind and nice to you if you tip them WELL. I tried all to test it out, didn’t tip, tipped a little 2-3$ and then tipped well by the end of the trip to see how they change. They don’t really care about you of you don’t tip well. 6. Their promotions aren’t really promotions, ask for details and there’s always a catch. 7. Their massage therapists have noooo idea what they’re doing, I came out with more back pain and sciatica pain. I had to go see a doctor. Also, they have 30 min , 60 min, and 80 min massage options and you’re only allowed to use their spa amenities like pool and sauna if you get an 80 min massage. Nobody warned about it when I was paying for my 60 min. And it’s the first hotel that didn’t allow me to use the amenities for booking a 60 min massage. Like what? Overall this hotel isn’t worth the money I paid for. There are many hotels that offer better service, food and amenities."

"Our room was nice with a soaking tub and hot tub on the balcony. Staff was amazing. Buffet was just ok in my opinion. A big disappointment were the "credits" they promised. A $90 spa credit could be redeemed $30 per day. The other $200 "resort" credits came with so many limitations that we really didn't an opportunity to use them. That slick marketing was enough for me to potentially book elsewhere next time as that was a large factor in booking here."
