"Very nice room in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and amenable. Breakfast was a very good standard - the only downside was that we had to wait for a table on a couple of mornings as the dining area isn't huge. The weather meant it wasn't practical to use the pool, but it looked fantastic!"

"The junior suite was great for our visit to Porto - nice size bedroom area and a separate living area. But the outdoor balcony was the best. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony relaxing and watching life happen in Porto. The location is ideal, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the extremely touristy areas. "Breakfast area needs some help. Overly crowded and I cannot say the service was good either since they did not get any of my family member's order right. The roof top restaurant was esp slow. One time, our order took more than an hr and by the time we got food, it was already too cold to eat. Overall, the room did not match the picture, service wasn’t good and breakfast was disappointing. However, the view from the hotel lobby was incredible. "
