"整體裝修風格非常萬豪，挺喜歡的。 浴室花灑很舒服，但廁所沒有手機的托盤小可惜。 服務非常friendly，房內點餐good service，向butler查詢一些景點內容都能回復。 另外，窗戶感覺有點髒，大玻璃景色很美但外墻有點污漬；然後房間裡面沒有usb充電頭有點需要更新了；以及用酒店打新加坡本地電話竟然要額外收費有點不可思議。"

"Well located to Bugis Junction for MRT and shopping. Hotel was pleasant but not outstanding. Foyer is small, some service doorways showing damage, breakfast ok but crowded. Eat early as some food tended to run out later in the service. Two cappuccinos S$34 in the lounge on ground floor is too high given competition nearby. Pool area is adequate but small with limited sun lounges. Our room required access through several doors and had a number of steps - always a challenge with luggage. Staff...

"Nice hotel in Central Singapore. Rooms were good and beds comfortable. Great rooftop pool with gym beside it. Very disappointed by lack of seating in reception. Went into empty restaurant next to reception and was told by unfriendly waiter that only way to sit anywhere was to order a drink. Had an awful overpriced coffee (S$10). "
