"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the walled city.
The hotel is in an amazing 1920’s design, very stylish and elegant. Saying that the bathrooms could be overhauled, fresh paint and plumbing.
The staff on the whole were very professional and helpful, especially the reception staff. The garden bar staff could have been more attentive.
Good choice of food for breakfast in a wonderful setting, overlooking the ramparts.

"Nice hotel in good location with friendly staff, especially the English man who checked us in - he was very friendly, efficient and helpful and does the hotel credit. Our room was very nice with castle view, the breakfast was reasonable though blighted by a tempermental coffee machine and an agonisingly slow toaster (why are these so common in hotels?).
