"Nice room, but could be updated. Found a lot of ants in the room and the blanket was thin with an old thick wool blanket underneath between the sheet and the blanket. Seemed strange for a 5 star hotel - a comforter or duvet would be nice."

"We completed the Fisherman’s Trail and wanted to find a nice place to chill and relax for a few days before heading to Germany for a family wedding. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool area was so relaxing with great views. We were able to easily get a boat to the Benigal caves. "It was a great resort, all of the food was incredible and the Ocean restaurant (2 Michelin stars) was incredible. At the time I was pregnant and they were so accommodating on changing items as I needed to.
The resort itself was impeccably managed and the staff supremely helpful in getting reservations, spa appointments and general needs. The breakfast was also great as it was included. Booking reservations in advance will save you lots of pain and if you can’t get one there are several...

"While we enjoyed our stay, this resort is tired and dated. I expected a luxurious resort and did not find that. It just feels old and in need of renovations and improvements. We were very disappointed with the accommodations. The first room we had didn't look anything like the photos so they kindly moved us to a larger villa, but that was of equal vintage and while larger, was further away and isolated.
The staff however was very kind and helpful."

"Zimmer war groß und ordentlich. Check in hat einfach funktioniert. Frühstück war ordentlich und eine große Auswahl. Poolbereich groß. Ein Baby Pool und ein Kinder Becken mit Piraten Schiff welches mal wieder etwas Pflege bekommen könnte.
Am letzten Tag war eine Riesen Veranstaltung die das Hotel aber gut gemeistert hat und man als Gast nicht viel Abstriche machen musste. Restaurants waren geschlossen wegen dieser. Aber es war mit einem Zettel im Zimmer darauf hier gewiesen. Im großen und Ganzen...
