"A wonderfully polished and upscale hotel with amazing views, picturesque and close to all the activities one could wish for in Patagonia. The Moreno wing is definitely the one to stay at given it is more modern. The gym, the spa and the daily activities were great complements for a fully relaxed yet active vacation in this amazingly beautiful part of Argentina. "

"O Hotel super novo, vista para o lago maravilhosa, pessoal muito atencioso, limpeza ótima, quarto muito bom, café da manhã excelente. O cardápio do Room service poucas opções, cardápio do restaurante tb um pouco restrito. "

"Excellent view from the room. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom.
Breakfast was poor and staff were curt.
Courtesy shuttle bus was useful if you could secure a seat.
Overall the view made it all worthwhile. "

"Old world charm done right. At El Casco Art Hotel, we were surrounded by paintings; sculptures and furniture that offered a sensory delight. The staff were exceptional, catering to all our needs. You know when professional feels cold and perfunctory, this was the opposite. The staff of El Casco were warm and helpful, leaving no stone unturned in making our experience unforgetable. "LOVELY stay all around. AMAZING views, AMAZING FOOD. The trout was phenomenal.
We loved just about everything.
My ONLY caveat was asking for a small cheese platter to go along with some wine and it was priced a bit too high.
The service, the staff, the place all get an A+.
