Luxury Paradise

This was the best place we stayed in all of Argentina. The chateaus is magical - relaxing, beautiful, well appointed, luxurious, intimate. The room was spacious and lovely. The views are absolutely unreal. The services was 5 star. Its really amazing and we can't wait to return.

Increible estadia. Ideal para parejas!

Pasamos unos dias hermosos en este hotel emblematico de Villa la Angostura. El entorno, la calidez y la atencion es lo que mas destaco. La comida, un capitulo a parte: espectacular!! Fuimos muy bien recibidos y atendidos por el personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Lo unico que puedo criticar es la habitacion que nos toco (se que hay mejores)... era chica y al baño le falta modernizarse. Tambien puedo decir que nos costo llegar las primeras veces, los carteles desde la ruta no estan muy visibles y de noche no hay luces en los caminos, asi que, a veces, se nos hace dificil. Pero esto no opaco nuestra hermosa estadia en Las Balsas. Super recomendable!!

Boutique hotel close to Villa La Angostura

The restaurant in this Relaix Chateau was excellent. We chose to dine at this boutique hotel restaurant each of the 3 nights we stayed there because it was superior to other reviewed restaurants. Locally sourced; excellently prepared.

Não tenho costume de avaliar hotéis, mas nesse caso faço questão, pois a receptividade que tivemos foi algo de fato diferenciado. Nos disponibilizaram um quarto maravilhoso (Lavanda), foram muito cordiais e gentis. O restaurante é excelente. Ah, um detalhe: antes de dormir, colocaram água e chocolate em nossos criados. Minha esposa e eu adoramos e recomendamos muito o hotel.

Estive há alguns anos nesse hotel e adoramos tudo e retornando agora, vimos que tudo continua impecável, parabéns !!!! O tratamento é diferenciado, único. Os funcionários são todos atenciosos e preocupados em te acolher da melhor maneira possível. A piscina é bem quentinha e com uma vista linda da montanha e lago. Existe disponível sem custo, água, sucos e frutas a qualquer momento. O café da manhã é maravilhoso ! Obrigada Lucrécia por toda atenção e cordialidade. Obrigada a todos os funcionários.

Tudo maravilhoso

O hotel tem uma localização maravilhosa à beira do lago. A vista é espetacular. Tivemos um tratamento VIP e também o restaurante é excelente tanto no jantar como no café da manhã. Voltaremos sem dúvida para passar mais dias nesse paraíso.

Espetacular

Hotel pequeno, charmoso,muito elegante e com enorme sensação de paz, principalmente pela belíssima vista para o lago. Lua de Mel perfeita. O spa é fenomenal, principalmente pela piscina aquecida. É aquela piscina que você pode passar por baixo de uma divisória e sair na área externa. Temperatura da piscins permite mergulho mesmo com o tempo a uns dez graus. Atendimento muito educado, nada pernóstico. Bom restaurante ainda que não seja excelente. Vinhos caros. Taxi barato até o centro da cidade - uns dez minutos. Indicam ótima casa de câmbio. Consiga quarto com vista para o lago. Imperdível. O standard é pequeno mas acolhedor. A vista é mágica, pois o lago e as montanhas mudam constantemente de cores por conta do clima e da iluminação. Relaix e chateau imperdível mesmo.
