Excellent location very near downtown, with access to many restaurants. The staff are VERY helpful and the dinner options in the main restaurant were great. We enjoyed our stay here as a base to visit the glaciers.

Wonderful property, really nice rooms and a helpful staff. Location is right near downtown , but not on the Main Street, so convenient but quiet. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant in the morning was a nice plus l.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The pool area was a highlight! There is a big pool, hot tub, 2 cold plunges, sauna, steam room and individual soaking tubs. Overall, a very relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pasadena Los Alamos. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet very convenient to the Main Street. The property is extremely well maintained and clean, and the staff was always courteous and accommodating. We also appreciated the large gathering areas in the lobby.

Posada Los Alamos is rated as a 4-star hotel and is often considered one of the better options in El Calafate. Unfortunately, our experience did not match those expectations. The room we were given was more in line with a 2-star motel, quite basic and disappointing, especially considering the price. This room is shown among the online room options, so it wasn’t a one-off issue. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the hotel facilities overall were nice. However, the accommodation quality was far below what we expected, and we felt the price paid was not justified. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

It was an excellent stayed at this hotel, beautiful surrounding, the staff where very helpful at all times, the included breakfast was one of the best I've had in hotels around the world, I would definitive stay here again, and recommend it to others. The only bad thing, I guess it can happen to anyone, is that room service lost my expensive sleeping eye mask, reason for not leaving them any tip in the room.

Pros: Hotel grounds are really nice, room was also nice. Staff also helpful. Breakfast is good. Cons: Bathroom was worn and tired. Overall the hotel is dated and tired. Probably a 3 star, definitely not 5 star. Had to wait 45 mins for room.

Everything was great about the hotel except the restaurant (the one that serves dinner). The food was mediocre, way overpriced, and really, really terrible service. Besides that, I highly recommend this hotel. The massage service at the spa was great and priced very reasonably. The general level of service all-around was good. Excellent buffet breakfast each morning was included and started at 6:30 AM which is great for those with a morning pick-up for excursions. I'd definitely return here and do recommend it, just don't eat dinner at the hotel, it is right in the center of town anyways with plenty of restaurants around.
