"The hotel is located in Chamonix yet in a tranquil and peaceful setting that we really enjoyed. Our room was very spacious and had a wonderful large balcony where we enjoyed our evening wine. The property has 2 fantastic restaurants and lobby bar. There was also ample parking available if arriving by car. What would have made our stay nicer is in room coffee cream without asking for it and a spacious shower. The shower is very small by North American standards and not comfortable. There is no...

"Everybody was kind and nice, excellent 10 out of 10 service, especially Edward un reception and ouissem en and Robin! The rooms extra clean the food at the restaurant amazing and again service amazing! We are definitely coming back and we strongly recommend staying in this hotel!"

"We haven been visiting this property for over a decade. We beared witness to her glorious day and it is sad to see her gradual decade.
For value of money and a quiet location, this is ideal. However, since the change of managing structure, they have implemented a list of cost cutting exercises. The reception, children’s playroom, spa, stream room, Japanese bath, the store at the back of the bakery (whichever turned a real estate agent and now vacant) had all but disappeared.
