"Room was clean and staff were nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable. Was very disappointed in communication regarding booking an airport transfer for my arrival. My flight arrived late at night so wanted an easy transfer from the airport to the hotel as this was also my first time in Nairobi. I emailed to arrange this and I got a reply asking for my flight details to confirm however after this email I did not get a reply back so I emailed again 3 days prior to arrival to double...

"Terrible experience. Staff was unhelpful. Requests were ignored. Ordering a gin and tonic at the bar meant 2 shots of gin in a glass since they ran out of tonic water. Had to ask for ice. Had to mix my own drinks. Drinks took over 60 minutes to be delivered. Any food off the menu took 2 hours to make. This was truly the worst hotel staff. Avoid at all costs."

"This hotel is fantastic and a great value for what it offers. My stay was great from start to finish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - the airport pickup was quick, convenient and pleasant (if a little expensive), the staff at the front desk remembered me each morning and helped me print documents for my meetings. Food options are very good too. I visited the 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby at least once a day, enjoyed a drink by the poolside restaurant and finished my stay with dinner at...
