People were very kind and nice, I'd like to really emphasize that. Generally speaking, Kenyan people were just very professional and kind to me.
I was disappointed because I was moved to twice to different rooms because of their condition.
The biggest disappointment was the quality of bath water. I specifically chose this hotel because they had a nice tub... on my third room. But then the water was brown. I wasn't going to get sick. I would have chosen other 5-star hotel.
And that's the thing... I don't think it's fair for them to claim the hotel as a 5-star. Breakfast was good enough, but again, water dispenser is brown...
I didn't complain about the brown bath water because I knew they couldn't do anything about it over night.
Cleaning people can also do a better job. I finally got a normal looking bathrobes in my third room, but the first room didn't have any, second room had a robe ripped... they did leave me more than enough water bottles everyday and again, all of them were very pleasant.
I think they need a major renovation.
