"We had a great experience at Arc the Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, informative and professional! The hotel was very nice, clean, and close/walkable to many restaurants, Parliament Hill and many other cool spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. When we arrived we paid for a room with a view and they mistakenly put us into the wrong room. They were quick to resolve this issue and gave us an upgraded room. We loved the room so much! It was spacious and cozy! The bed was incredibly comfortable! The room layout was really nice! "Excellent stay accept for a few hickups with rooms as we has to move once and the new room had no air conditioning. But i must say the staff was apologetic and fast on solving the situation. Coild not for the life of us connect to the wifi. Very clean and excellent staff."

"Overall the stay was very nice. Lots of amenities and attention to detail. My only concern is there was very poor water pressure for the shower and we couldn't seem to get hot water from the kitchen tap. Not sure why or if this was just an issue while we stayed there. If the hotel is using water restrictors in their shower I suggest they remove them as I would never be able to rinse my hair properly."
